Select Agents Will Be Part of Terms
of Award
If you plan to use a select agent, you have to register with
either CDC or USDA. You cannot use federal funds for research
involving select
agents without registration certification. For our part, we
are adding your select agent registration to the NIAID terms
of award to remind you of your legal responsibility. See the
